I have experience treating young adults and adults coping with chronic disease or illness, anxiety, depression, existential stress, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
I offer warmth, compassion, a sense-of-humor to my practice, and look forward to bringing an attentive, curious and accepting approach to help guide you through changes in your life. My work takes a client-centered approach, and draws from several clinical theories.
