Molly draws from trauma-informed, person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks in her clinical work. She supports teens (12+) and adults navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, life transitions, and identity exploration.
