The decision to seek therapy in times of turmoil is courageous and wise. I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist with over 19 years of experience including grief counseling, adult and pediatric end of life counseling, family therapy, and trauma based counseling. My practice is centered on helping adults and teens move through difficult life phases toward health and well-being.
I skillfully use both verbal and art therapy to help my clients access and express their emotions, learn coping skills when needed, integrate their experiences, and know themselves better. We will work together to find light in the darkness, movement through stagnation, and connection rather than loneliness and despair.
