With 20+ years’ experience in the educational system as a school counselor and teacher, I have experience helping adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families with anxiety, depression, transitions and relationships.
I understand the complexities of culture, families, heartache, relationships, parenting, education, aging parents, suffering, and joy. I bring my compassion and the belief we are all a reflection of our past, with the power to evolve and create a new path forward.
