I am an LICSW with over 16 years of experience working with diverse clients in residential, outreach, community mental health and healthcare settings. I currently provide telehealth therapy in MA. In my private practice, I offer compassionate, individualized therapy to adults of all genders, sexualities, racial/cultural identities and bodies. I particularly enjoy working with young adults/adults and the LGBTQIA+ community, though I strive to create an open and affirming space for all. I enjoy supporting folks who are navigating life/career/relationship changes, or coping with feelings of anxiety, depression, and being stuck.
I work as a collaborator with my clients to develop tools and resources that will support their goals. I incorporate a variety of styles and techniques depending upon my clients' individual needs and goals. These include motivational interviewing, DBT skills, mindfulness based interventions, trauma informed treatment and narrative therapy approaches.
Through collaboration, authentic connection and humor, I partner with clients on their journey toward healing, growth and change.
