I truly love my work and feel it is my calling in life. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples heal attachment wounds and overcome past traumas to build fulfilling, connected lives. I believe in the power of addressing and processing past pain to create meaningful and lasting change. Building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is always my top priority, as I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where healing and transformation can begin.
I specialize in treating individuals (ranging from 14+) with a variety of issues, including mood disorders and depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, self-esteem issues, marital conflict, OCD, PTSD and trauma, anger management, impulse control, suicidal ideation and self-harm. I also specialize in Gottman therapy for couples.
I also enjoy working with people struggling through life transitions and spiritual issues. My specialities are EMDR, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman therapy for couples and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
