Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and I aim to make the process feel authentic and comfortable. I welcome adult and adolescent clients, their families and significant others who are motivated to learn about themselves, improve their relationships and transform their lives. I am fat-positive and use a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach, am welcoming to all gender and sexual identities, races, religions, and cultural backgrounds and am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with clients going through a wide range of difficulties including addiction, grief/loss, eating disorders, negative body image and relationship problems.
I use a strengths-based, positive approach and lean on Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and other modalities to support you in deeper exploration. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
I would love to support you and work with you to reach your goals. Don't hesitate to reach out via email or phone and we can schedule a 15-minute consultation call.

Interpersonal Process Group

Group therapy fosters genuine connections and personal growth by mirroring real-life relationships in a supportive setting, making it particularly effective for overcoming interpersonal issues, isolation, understanding your role in your family, becoming unstuck, identifying and understanding emotions. This method offers both a space to address individual concerns and the benefits of being in a group setting with others.
