I work with individuals and couples struggling with sexual desire concerns, communication issues, and interpersonal challenges. I also have experience working with anxiety, trauma, conflict management, and individuals in recovery from addiction.
Asking for help can be difficult, and I strive to create a comfortable environment that leads to deeper emotional processing, insight-building, and goal-setting. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens, focusing on what the client wants first.
I utilize multiple evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Gottman Method. My counseling style is dynamic to fit each client’s individual needs. I find it’s very important to meet each client where they are at in their healing journey.
It is most important to me to have an affirming space that feels open, non-judgmental, and genuine. My goal is to create a environment that allows for processing and healing. Our practice is LGBTQIA+ and ENM/polyamory informed and affirming.
