With 20 years of experience in mental health, I have worked extensively with individuals seeking to enhance their lives and manage stress/anxiety, depression, boost self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and improve relationships. I'm trained in several cutting-edge modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS-informed EMDR, giving us a toolbox full of evolved resources to help you survive life's twists and turns, helping you thrive, and unlocking your full potential.

2003 marked the start of my journey in therapy. I stepped into the maze of mental health as a mobile therapist. Since then, I've seen the full spectrum of human experience - the joys, the anger, the heartbreaks, the messy in-between. There are no emotional challenges too big or small. I'll be your steady guide as we discover new paths and chart your course.
