As a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience navigating various social systems, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. I firmly believe that embracing the unique qualities that define you is the cornerstone of mental health. I understand that everyone has faced their own battles, and I am ready to assist individuals and offer unique support. This can include trauma, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, or parenting challenges. My main goal is to help guide clients to finding their own strength and personal resilience.
This will be done by integrating personal experience, professional training, humor, and compassion. I am ready to walk alongside individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma recovery, anxiety and depression management, parenting, and couples and family relationships. I am committed to serving a diverse clientele, embracing individuals from all walks of life.
