My name is Molly, and I work with children and families, as well as individuals to help them better understand themselves and move in a direction of acceptance, change, and growth. I offer support in specific modalities of evidence based practice, that are client focused and support healing from past trauma.
I am trained in Play Therapy and Parts work, utilizing CBT and narrative therapy as well. I have a love of nature and spent a decade guiding families in the outdoors, which also informs my current practice.
