Accepting telehealth clients! Taking the step to seek therapy can be scary, intimidating, and overwhelming. I look forward to working with clients and couples who are brave enough to take this step to better themselves and their relationships. My focus primarily lies in bettering client's self-esteem through exploring their identity and personal experiences that have made them who they are today. My ideal clients may not know where or how to begin their journey of self discovery, but are willing to take the chance. I work directly with clients to create their own goals. I tend to work at the client's pace, pushing them when need be.
I specialize in working with couple’s issues, sexual trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, building self-esteem, and identity work. I utilize experiential, narrative, and emotionally focused therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I’m also level 1 and 2 trained in Gottman method therapy for couples.
As someone who has been in therapy for most of her life, I understand just how scary it can be. I commend you for taking this giant step to better yourself and relationships.
