Struggling in your relationships, questioning your identity, or trying to figure out who you actually are underneath everyone's expectations? This is the work I love, and I'd be glad to walk through it with you. If you're queer, polyamorous, kinky, exploring your sexuality, or just tired of shrinking yourself to fit, you deserve a space where you can show up as your whole self — no translating, no explaining the basics first. Together we'll get curious about who you are when you're not performing, and build toward a life that feels like yours: more honest, more connected, with real room for authenticity and joy.
I work with individuals and couples — including polyamorous and nonmonogamous relationships of every shape — on what actually weighs on you: anxiety, self-worth, boundaries, people-pleasing and burnout, identity, sexuality, and desire. I specialize in relationship and sex therapy, LGBTQIA+ and nonmonogamy-affirming care, and identity exploration.
In the room I'm warm, a little funny, and not easily fazed. My hope is a space where you don't have to justify who you are or how you love, or explain the basics before you feel understood.
