Hi there, I'm Molly! The world needs more healing and it would be my honor to join you on your journey of transformation. My primary purpose in becoming a helper/healer is to validate, empathize, and empower my clients to live intentional lives that are aligned with their values and goals. As an LMFT, I work to understand and appreciate your worldview and seek to help you explore your life as inherently interconnected to your loved ones, community, and the broader systems of which you are a part.
My goal is to help you reach your goals by increased the number of options you have in front of you. I will offer several possible routes to your desired destination, and then much our work together is trying things on-insights, perspectives, practices, and routines-to see what fits you best at this point in your journey.
In our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy-the problems, stressors, conflicts, and frustrations-as well as your strengths and valuable lived experiences that can serve us in working towards your choice of solutions.
