About
You feel stuck. Trauma does that. It leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. When you are disconnected from yourself, it's really difficult to make decisions, feel motivated to do anything, or feel like you are living at all. When you are disconnected from others, it's isolating, lonely, and can cause ruptures in important relationships. Trauma is any experience that is too much for your system to handle and can occur at any point in your life. These experiences leave you feeling unbalanced, scattered, and, at times, tormented by the past. You long to feel like yourself again, or maybe for the first time.
I can help. I will work alongside you to bridge the gap between who are you now and who you want to be. I use a body-oriented model to first help you re-connect to yourself, then working to re-connect to the world around you. We do this through a combination of tools like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and Somatic Experiencing.
My specialties include: trauma, relationships, and career counseling. I work with individuals and couples to overcome obstacles and live more full and fulfilling lives. If you are ready to begin your journey towards healing, please go to my website today and either call or email to schedule your free consultation.
