I’m passionate about helping kids and teens who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelming emotions to find comfort and peace in their own skin. Growing up can be tough, particularly if your child has experienced big life changes, trauma, or is highly sensitive. Your child may feel scared, sad, or worry that something is wrong with them. As a parent you may feel discouraged that, despite every effort to support them, your child is still struggling. In our therapy sessions, I’m here to help your child develop a greater sense of ease in who they are, learn skills, and build confidence in navigating the ups and downs of life.
I’ve worked with kids and teens for 12+ years in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient clinics, residential programs, and in-home services. I am trained in and use evidence-based models in my practice because they are effective, but I also love to use art, play, and music. I’m not afraid to get creative, use humor, and try something new.
Every child/teen and family is unique, and I enjoy tailoring therapy to your specific goals, interests, and strengths. I believe that the “best” therapy is what works best for you.
