Adult and Teen DBT Skills Training Group
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills training group focuses on enhancing clients' capabilities across four areas. The four modules include: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effective ness. Primarily skills training group is psychoeducational. The first half of the group provides the opportunity for clients to share use of skills being learned and gain support in areas where they are struggling to use skill. Group meets on a weekly basis.
