My ideal client is a teen or young adult who is experiencing depression, anxiety, past trauma, difficulty focusing, high stress, and low self esteem who is look for relief, deep healing and feeling like themselves again. We all go through difficult things that create mental health challenges, therapy is designed to help you gain your life back in ways that make sense for you. Clients who work with me experience feeling like themselves again, gaining back what was lost through difficult circumstances and trauma.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. I work with clients to gain coping skills, decrease symptoms of trauma, and mental heath diagnosis, while partnering with other professionals in my clients life to improve overall health and support. In therapy we will utilize both talk therapy and experiential therapy to help you achieve your goals.
