Many of the teens I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood. They’re constantly overthinking, shutting down, or trying to keep it together on the outside while struggling internally. They may be navigating social/general anxiety, ADHD, school stress or refusal, body image concerns, or the impact of family changes like divorce. Some feel pressure to be perfect, while others feel stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from themselves. I’m passionate about working with adolescents/teens and creating a space where they don’t feel judged, “in trouble,” or like they have to filter what they say.

Therapy is a non-contingent, supportive space where teens can feel a sense of control, be fully themselves, and start to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. I meet each client where they are, whether that means building coping skills, navigating social and self-esteem challenges, processing divorce, or simply having a space where they feel heard.

As someone who was in therapy as a kid, I understand how meaningful it is to have a safe space. My goal is to help teens not just get through this stage of life, but to develop the tools, self-understanding, and resilience they need to thrive into adulthood. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and various other mental health challenges.
