Hello! My name is Molly, and I am a child therapist with the goal to help children feel understood and parents feel connected. I believe that children have an inherent ability to understand their needs when given the right environment and support, fostering self-esteem, independence, and a strong sense of self. My foremost goal is to approach each child and caregiver with unconditional acceptance and empathy. I view my role as a partner towards healing and growth. This looks different for every family; I'm honored to have the opportunity to help navigate what it looks like for yours.

I specialize in play therapy for children struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, family changes, sibling dynamics, OCD, and ADHD. I typically work with children ages 3-13, but will work with clients outside this range if clinically appropriate.

The first session is a child-free parent session so we can talk further about your child's needs, struggles, and strengths. From there, I will meet with your child for 3-4 play therapy sessions. Afterwards, we will have a follow-up session to discuss my clinical impressions and recommendations.
