I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a certified Love and Logic instructor. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), PTSD, Complex-PTSD, Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB), QPR Suicide Prevention.
I view therapy as a means to acquire a well-equipped toolbox of positive and healthy life skills. These skills will help the client recognize, understand, and utilize their internal power for overcoming life's many external forces that may be causing distress or dysfunction in their life.
