Parenting is one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs there is, and we often find ourselves wondering if we’re doing it “right.” Sometimes, these wonderings can lead us to have feelings of confusion, worry, sadness, and even desperation. They may even remind us of our own childhoods and the kind of parenting we experienced. Just as we adults can feel lost, worried, or confused, so can our children. Whether it’s adjusting to a life change or just navigating being a little kid in a big world, our littlest ones need strong, kind, and wise parents to help us organize their experiences and help them grow up strong and healthy.
I specialize in relationship-based treatment working with parents and their young children ages 0 to 8. I'm adept at helping children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. I'm also skilled at assisting parents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and grief and loss.
I utilize an integrative approach in my work with children and parents. I partner with parents, listen to your hopes and concerns, and collaborate with you and your child to achieve your goals. If you or your child are struggling, please reach out. Together, we’ll cut through all the noise and discover what is needed for strength and healing.
