Molly McDonnell is a Licensed Clinician Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. Molly earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Iowa, moved to North Carolina to be closer to the mountains and the beach, and earned her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She believes that trust, authenticity, and respect for individuality are the keys to a successful therapeutic relationship. She incorporates techniques from different therapies such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical, solution-focused, experiential, emotion-focused, art, and mindfulness to match your unique strengths and world view.
