Female Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse
This group unites adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This group is generally made up of cisgendered females. This group focuses on creating a safe and supportive community, understanding effects of sexual abuse trauma, building empowerment, and improving the health of our minds, bodies and relationships. The group includes art therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I take several forms of insurance or the sliding scale is $40-$60 per weekly group session. Current group is full and in progress. Please contact me for the next round of the group that will likely begin in April/May 2023.
Nonbinary/Trans Childhood Sexual Abuse Survivors
This group unites nonbinary, genderqueer, or trans adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This group is generally made up of a variety of gender expressions and may include AMAB and AFAB individuals. This group focuses on creating a safe and supportive community, understanding effects of sexual abuse trauma, and combines art therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. I take several types of insurance or the group is $40-$60 sliding scale per weekly group session. Current group is full and in progress. Please contact me to get on the list for the next group beginning in April/May 2023.
Partners of Childhood Sexual Abuse Survivors
This workshop is for partners of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We will learn how to support your partner and yourself in healing from the effects of sexual abuse, learn more information about sexual abuse dynamics, and learn how to thrive in your relationship with your partner with increased communication and intimacy. This workshop includes art therapy, verbal processing, and learning specific tools and resources. Next workshop will meet online in a 3 week series of 2 hour interactive live video sessions. The cost is $150 and I will not be able to bill insurance.
