I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and Maryland with over 17 years of experience. Working in a variety of settings, I have had the pleasure of helping people of all ages and backgrounds by providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. My specialties include anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work.
I take a humanistic approach that involves unconditional positive regard, blending techniques such as person-centered, motivational, solution-focused, cognitive, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to work with you in finding the methods that will fit your needs.
