Accepting appointments for in person and telehealth, please reach out. Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just done pretending you’re fine? I offer supportive therapy for anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions, no fixing, just healing. My work explores how early experiences shape the way we relate to others, understand ourselves, and move through
the world. I work with caregivers, neurodivergent adults, and those navigating emotional pain, identity shifts, or patterns that no longer serve them. My style is warm, collaborative, and laid-back, with a touch of humor, always centered with your goals.
I’m a trauma-informed, psychodynamic therapist with an attachment-based lens. I help clients explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and relationships have shaped their beliefs, emotions, and coping patterns. Through insight-oriented work, I help clients connect the dots between past and present so they can make meaningful changes.
Reaching out can be hard, I completely get it. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, I’m here to support you in a way that feels right.
