As a Licensed Independent Social Worker in private practice, I work with adults in individual therapy to address issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and life adjustments and transitions. I value the process of working collaboratively with people to help them increase self-awareness and decrease suffering.

I have experience working with adults of all ages with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I earned a Master of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University and have worked in outpatient community mental health centers, social service agencies, and rape crisis centers. I am trained in both psychodynamic psychotherpy and EMDR.

I have seen how therapy can lead to positive change and I'm privileged to work with people as they strive towards happier, healthier, more meaningful lives.
