Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Some are carrying anxiety that never fully shuts off or feeling drained from always holding everything together.
A lot of the people I work with are exhausted from always being the strong one or the one everyone leans on. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, relationship or personality patterns, or constant anxiety, therapy can be a space to stop masking how hard it’s been and work through what’s underneath it all.
My approach is relational and emotionally focused, and I shape therapy around you as an individual. Together we’ll explore your emotions, the roles you’ve learned to carry, and the patterns that show up in your relationships, while also building compassionate, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, trust yourself, and feel more connected.
Reaching out can feel like a lot, and it means something that you’re even considering it. If things have been feeling heavy, you deserve a space where you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone. When you’re ready, you can reach out by email or text, or complete the intake form. I’m here to offer a steady, supportive space to help you sort through it.
