Hi there! I am accepting new clients with immediate openings! As a therapist, I create a therapeutic atmosphere that is collaborative, person-centered, and non-judgmental with my clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in cultivating personal growth. My therapeutic practice is based in Existential-Humanistic theory and pulls techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Emotion-Focused theories. I am passionate about working with clients experiencing grief across the lifespan, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, navigating life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hood College. Additionally, I received a certification in Thanatology, the study of death and dying, from Hood College. I have experience working in community mental health and private practice settings.
It can be tough to ask for help, and through coming to therapy, it demonstrates courage and a motivation for growth. I am here to provide support and a space for healing. I invite you to reach out through email!
