I specialize in the treatment of OCD, phobias, and anxiety, as well as trauma and PTSD. I am trained and experienced in the practices of ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Because no single treatment modality works for everyone, I also combine other methods (basic talk therapy, CBT, ACT, etc.). All sessions are online.
I have over 15 years of experience in treating anxiety, depression and problems coping. Sessions are relaxed, casual, and at your pace. Research has demonstrated that online treatment for anxiety (including OCD) and trauma-related disorders is equally as effective as in-person therapy.
The world is pretty messed up sometimes. Therapy should be a safe, comfortable space to receive unconditional support, care, and acceptance. I don’t judge, come as you are.
