As a licensed therapist in Nashville, Tennessee, I help clients navigate complex trauma and mental health challenges like depression, anxiety and interpersonal difficulties, as well as OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. I deeply believe that cost should not be a barrier to accessing quality mental health care and healing, so I offer a sliding-scale. My approach is integrative – tailored to your unique story and needs. We can walk together, grow together, and heal together.

I'm trained in two powerful modalities, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), that help you grow the muscles of resilience and joy. My practice is attachment-based, incorporates mindfulness, DBT, and somatic techniques to help you befriend your nervous system. My aim is that you feel safe, never alone.
