About
I have the honor of working with people experiencing a wide variety of concerns including: depression; anxiety; grief/loss; life transitions; chronic illness; postpartum depression; sexual abuse; relationship problems; low self-esteem; family of origin; stress and more. My relational approach is based on the belief that within the framework of a trusting relationship with a therapist, clients can explore patterns of behavior and emotions which may relate back to earlier relationships. Once a better understanding of the origins of these patterns is developed, people often find lasting freedom from their hold over their lives.
So, if you are looking for a supportive place to explore what's troubling you, please take a look at my website and then give me a call or send an e-mail. I offer flexible office hours which include Saturdays as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings.
I'm an in-network provider with PreferredOne's Choice Network. If you have another insurance provider you may want to inquire about out-of-network benefits. I also see people who pay out-of-pocket and use a sliding fee on a case by case basis.

Molly L Nicholson's Groups
Online Women's Group Therapy
We have a couple of openings in our process therapy group for women 30 and older. This is an online group led by two seasoned psychotherapists. Process groups are quite distinct from support groups. While a process group does offer support, its focus is on the process of therapy more than the content. An intake is required, as is being in on-going individual therapy.
