Currently seeing clients in-person and through telehealth. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, hopelessness, ADHD, isolation, grief and loss, family and relationship problems, and trauma. Through the counseling process, I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that promotes a therapeutic alliance encouraging my clients to find solutions to the problem areas in their life through open questions and summary. My goal is for my client to experience hope, healing and fulfillment in the areas of their life they desire.
I use a combination of different treatment modalities but focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through the process of CBT, the individual is able to identify their thought processes and patterns that may be effecting their current problems. I also use a Christian prospective to work through the counseling process by using biblical truths and prayer.
