About
I provide in person and virtual psychotherapy to clients in both NY and NJ I work with Adults, Children and Teens, Families, and Parents. I assist clients to identify patterns in their relationships, break cycles, create healthier dynamics, and regulate their mood. When working with me clients learn skills to trust themselves to improve their self-compassion and self-esteem through different life transitions. Clients are also taught techniques for interpersonal communication to express themselves effectively to other people and set boundaries/limits in their relationships.
Your Therapeutic Journey Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Your method of treatment should be tailored to your individual needs. Let’s begin your therapeutic journey together.
I have created my own materials that can be tailored to you to help you best succeed. My experience is in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), roots in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). Together we can discover what would meet your needs.
