In psychotherapy, I view the therapeutic relationship above all else. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families. I practice traditional and holistic therapeutic modalities with an expertise in sexual health concerns. I also have training in trauma, addictions, and general mental health recovery.
I am trained in EMDR and I use a variety of theories and treatment modalities to address issues surrounding mental health and sexuality: systems theory, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy, among others. I assess and address the impact of physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral issues on my client's wellbeing.
