It takes courage to seek out and ask for help in your journey towards healing. I value the importance of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship in order to move towards healing.
I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and any individual who is in need of support with a willingness to grow and reflect. I also work with ages 0-5 and have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harming, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
I believe it is important to set attainable therapeutic goals to achieve success while honoring where you are on your journey. I am honored to be on this path with you as we navigate and move towards the healing process together.
