We will work together to find ways to help you manage difficulties, calm your system, understand your patterns, improve your communication and relationships, and make more conscious choices. I will meet you where you are, and we will work on figuring out where you want to go and how to get there. I enjoy working with those who are new to therapy or who are seeking a fresh approach.
I specialize in working with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, self-esteem, transitions, and general life stress. My approach integrates various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
