I work with men and women of all ages and disorders. I have more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents specifically & I also enjoy working with athletes and sports-minded individuals. I co-own Trio Wellspace in Holland where mental, physical and emotional health are supported.
I prefer to take a well-rounded approach to therapy and symptom management; particularly with anxiety and depression. I will help you look at nutrition, exercise, sleep, behavioral and medicinal options for addressing your needs. I am certified in auricular acupuncture (NADA protocol) and use alternate techniques when appropriate and requested.
