Exclusively offering virtual sessions to clients in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Does anxiety run your life? Do you struggle to make sense of current events or past hurts, to find meaning in the day to day, or to navigate relationships well? I offer virtual sessions for adults who are facing life transitions such as divorce, new parenting, and career changes; individuals struggling with anxiety; grieving individuals; those facing relational struggles; and those who are wanting to make sense of and heal from past traumatic experiences.
I draw from multiple theories to customize my approach and meet clients where they are. I work with people from all backgrounds and walk with them through the process of creating positive change in their lives. I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR, LGBTQIA+ populations, and relational dynamics.
In sessions, I create a comfortable, safe, and accepting atmosphere where my clients can explore the challenges they face. I've helped many individuals regain a sense of peace and purpose. My clients have described me as down to earth, easy to talk to, and direct. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about the struggles you're facing- give me a call!
