About
I am a clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults and couples. I am passionate about helping clients experience growth, healing and greater balance in their lives. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, addiction, relationship issues, grief or loss, I am here to help. I offer compassionate support and the opportunity for deepened insight and new coping strategies. I use an integrative approach based on individual needs and draw from many perspectives including: CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and psychotherapy.
My approach is interactive, goal-directed,straightforward, and tailored to your unique situation. Blending a variety of therapeutic modalities, we will explore how what you think and believe influences how you feel and behave, and how past experiences affect your ability to cope in the present.
My goal is to help clients heal their emotional wounds and gain insight and tools to use in the future. I utilize psychoeduaction and skill building, as well as DBT/CBT, to cultivate mindfulness, and strengthen your confidence to manage emotion, and improve interpersonal effectiveness.
