I also feel a holistic approach helps people feel their best! At the core of my practice is the belief that individuals have the capacity to heal and make meaningful changes in their lives when given the right support.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to create a personalized, holistic experience for each individual. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and utilize CBT to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns to foster self-awareness and self-compassion.
I know life can bring a variety of challenges and I work collaboratively with clients to help them realize their strengths and cultivate lasting personal growth. I believe in meeting a client where they are, and looking at all aspects of their life in order to help them feel their best!
