About
I provide individual and couple therapy in a caring and accepting environment. Therapy is an opportunity for personal growth and the exploration of obstacles in your life. Learn how to address your concerns and create a more fulfilling existence. My services are designed to address anxiety, depression, stress management, body image concerns, increase overall functioning and foster personal growth.
I've been providing clinical services and conducting research since 2001 in varied settings, including the Department of Psychiatry at UCSD, the Graduate School of public Health at SDSU, and drug treatment centers. I'm a Psychology Professor and teach a variety of courses, including Stress Management, Human Sexual Behavior, and Psychology of Women.
