I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AASECT certified sex therapist. I treat a range of sexual challenges including: Mismatched Desire, Infidelity, Problems with Sexual Functioning (Early Ejaculation, Erectile Dysfunction, Painful Intercourse, etc.), and Sexual Trauma. Additionally, I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Perinatal Mental Health. I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) & IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out) informed. My style of therapy is compassionate, empowering, and growth-provoking.
I support individuals and couples who want to repair emotional injuries, increase emotional intimacy and overcome sexual challenges to experience more confidence and joy.
