Groups
-Attune and Embody- Virtual Group
Compulsive exercise interferes with the ability to have fulfilling relationships and a meaningful life. Attune and Embody Group provides a clear roadmap to help you individuals interrupt and disconnect from disordered exercise patterns and finally feel at home in their bodies. A&E Groups have space for 4-8 adult participants, and integrate principles of polyvagal theory, mindfulness, sensory integration, yoga, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Combining education, experiential activities, self- reflection and group process to help individuals move from a disordered relationship with exercise to an embodied one.
