As an experienced social worker for over ten years, I specialize in working with teens, college students, and adults struggling with anxiety, fears, OCD, mood disorders, and Tourette's. I am trained in evidence based treatments including ERP, CBT, TF-CBT, Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD, CBIT, and Supported Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
It is my priority to build a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship while creating a warm, inviting, and safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported.
