This approach helps us identify ways of thinking that may leave you feeling stuck and behaving in ways that are not aligned with who you are. I am trauma-informed and trained in several trauma-focused therapy.
I work with adults with varying levels of anxiety, depression, trauma & adjustment to life circumstances. Together we will identify and enhance your strengths to build a more meaningful life. I specialize in identifying obstacles to growth and teaching healthier methods of managing painful emotion or past experiences while replacing self-destructive behavior
