A lot of folks come to therapy because they're feeling stuck and uncertain and noticing old patterns that just aren't working anymore. If that sounds like you, you're not alone. My job is to support you in identifying those worn-out cycles and building something new. I tend to work well with young adults and college students, couples and partners, people experiencing anxiety, grief, or depression, LGBTQ+ clients, and anyone trying to know themselves better.
I use relational psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experience and unconscious patterns shape present reality. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, which I believe is the foundation for our work together. My approach is informed by mindfulness and somatic techniques, emphasizing the connection between mind and body.

Groups
Transition to College Intensive Workshop
This workshop prepares college-bound students and their parents for the transition from high school to college. The focus is on building practical skills, setting realistic expectations, and reflecting on family dynamics in order to increase independence. This program, led by two licensed therapists, consists of two 4-hour workshops, one for students only and one integrating parents and students. Friday and Saturday in July 2026, dates TBD, please reach out if interested!
