I work across the lifespan with individuals, groups, and families. I specialize in play, trauma, and family therapy. I partner with parents and children to support emotional growth, strengthen family bonds, and healing within the family system. My experience includes working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, or family transitions, as well as with military, foster, and adoptive families. I have experience working with adults facing chronic illness, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer a safe, collaborative space that honors each person’s unique needs and goals.
