Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-17) and young adults (18 years and over) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.

We offer individual & family therapy and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative. I practice therapy that is evidence-based, and I draw on approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based techniques, parent consultation

My goal is to empower clients with education and tools needed to continue experiencing success without therapy. I have experience providing therapy to children, teens and families in community-based, school and outpatient settings. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
