Being in relationship with others without losing ourselves can be challenging. It is especially hard during periods of transition, when we're taking on a new role or just getting used to living in a new place. I am a therapist who listens closely, with curiosity, and who will support you in processing loss, finding or amplifying your voice, and rebuilding your sense of self as you navigate change. With humor and compassion, I will guide you toward making conscious choices that align with your values and goals.
I know the isolation and grief that can arise during/after pregnancy, and how hard it is to be vulnerable. It’s why I’ve been supporting parents since 2006. I’ve built on lived experience as a single mom, stepmom, mother of a child with complex medical needs and a typically developing child with advanced training & certification in perinatal mental health.
With the right help, you can find your balance. Please reach out if you're worried about your emotions, thoughts or behaviors. I see clients in person on Mondays and Thursdays and remotely M - Th (must be in Washington state). Schedule a free brief, consult on my website.
