Let's not sugarcoat it, life is tough. Whether you've just experienced a traumatic event, are struggling to process a past traumatic event, or you're finding yourself to be uncertain of long-held beliefs. The therapy I offer combines traditional therapy styles such as CBT and DBT, while also incorporating somatic work. If you sometimes have feelings in your body that you don't understand, somatic therapy helps you to connect your emotions with your body so that you can fully understand and embrace yourself as you find your inner healing. I like to be conversational in approach while also teaching coping mechanisms and skillsets.

I am here to help you navigate the journey. I specialize in trauma (including religious trauma), individuals and couples in spicy lifestyles, and the LGBTQIA+ population. I'm BPD friendly and believe that stigmas are only a hindrance to us living our best lives as our most true and authentic selves.
